Does it really close by pulling the handles?

Yes. The top is threaded with a continuous strap, so lifting both handles draws it shut in one motion. There is no zipper, no magnet and no snap to line up, which is the point when you are holding a baby with the other arm.

What comes in the box, and do I need anything else?

The bag, the padded changing mat that clips inside, and two stroller hooks. Nothing else is required. The mat is the same one shown in the photos, not an upsell.

How much does it actually hold?

Twelve diapers, a full pack of wipes, a change of clothes, two bottles and a small wallet, with the top still closing. The interior is one open compartment with four elastic sleeves along the wall rather than fixed dividers.

Can I still use it once we are done with diapers?

That is why it does not look like a diaper bag. Take the mat out and the elastic sleeves sit flat against the lining, so it reads as a plain structured tote for groceries, the gym or work.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the interior with a damp cloth; the lining is coated and nothing soaks in. The exterior can be spot-cleaned with mild soap and cool water. Do not put it in the washing machine or the dryer, as heat will warp the base panel.

When will it arrive?

Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. Delivery usually lands 7 to 11 days after that, and you get a tracking number as soon as the label is created.

What if it arrives damaged or I want to send it back?
