Processing Time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time Estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days depending on your location. High-demand periods and holidays may add a few days.

Tracking Every order is fully tracked. You can follow your Folda order from our door to yours using the link in your shipping email.

Wrong Address Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we will always try to help.

Delayed or Lost Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email folda.shop@hotmail.com and we will track it down or make it right.
